Where can I receive my order?
Currently you can buy online in the following countries of the European Union:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.
Only for Spain: It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.-never a PO Box) or you can pick it up at a post office (Correos)
Shipments outside Spain will be paid by the buyer and will vary depending on the destination.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The shipment in Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) of the items purchased at armandbasi.com will be made through the Spanish post office (Correos) and will be delivered in approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Shipment outside Spain will be made through an international courier company and will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 working days (depending on the country of destination).
Can I receive my order in any province of Spain?
At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
You have up to 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request your return.
Armand Basi reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the set deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
Do I have to pay anything for a refund?
The return shipping cost will be free for purchases over € 50 in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Transportation costs for return of less than € 50 or outside Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), will be borne by the costumer.
How can I make a return?
1-. Go to My account.
2.- Go to “Order History” section..
3.- Click the order reference containing the item you want to return.
4.- Click the box corresponding to the reference number you want to return and explain the reasons for the return. When You finish click the button “Make a RMA slip”.
5.- Once we inform you of the registration of your return request, pack the item to be returned, if possible in the original package, and include the delivery note that we will send you.

Returns with a value higher than € 50 of from Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
Our Customer Service department will contact you to arrange a collection at your address, totally free.
This service is not available in Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.
Returns with a value of less than € 50 or a return from outside Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
You must send the package with the transport company of your choice, with shipping costs to your charge.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the inside tags) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that credit card payment will always depend on your bank.
Can I change or return any items?
Yes, as long as they are in perfect condition. In the case of fragrances, they must be returned in the original packaging, sealed.
