Credit card

The bank cards you can use are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. 

Bank transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer from your bank to our bank.

At the time of payment you must add the following information: 

  • Payee: Armand Basi SL
  • Account number: IBAN ES1500491896462110530516 

To speed up the shipment of your order you can send us the transfer receipt by e-mail to online@basi-group.com. You must provide your full name and order number so that we can identify the order.

PayPal

If you choose payment by PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. 

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account there with your user details and make the payment. If you're new at PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then complete the payment.

Payment will usually be registered within a few minutes and your order will be instantly processed. 

Please note that you will be agreeing to PayPal's terms of use and their processes.

Credit card problems

  • The credit card may have expired. Check whether the validity date has passed.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank whether the card has exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Please make sure that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
  • Your card is not enabled for online purchases, you should contact your bank to activate this option.

Secure payment system

All transactions carried out on the armandbasi.com site are highly secure. Data is transmitted securely with SSL encryption to protect personal data and payment data. Furthermore, Armand Basi undertakes not to retain any of your card details.

For payment by Visa, American Express and MasterCard only secure electronic commerce (CES) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is part of the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank in order for the buyer to authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms its authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

2. Shipping methods

Methods of delivery

At Armand Basi we deliver and return orders through the logistics operator SEUR.

Home delivery

The transport company will deliver the package to your home or to the address you specify. The carrier will make several delivery attempts, usually on consecutive working days.

If you still cannot be reached at the delivery address, the parcel will be left at a SEUR office so that you can pick it up within 10 days.

You can view updated information about your order and delivery attempts made via the tracking link in your order.

Order tracking

If you placed your order through your Armand Basi customer account, you can track your order by logging in to your account and clicking on ‘my orders.’ Then click on the tracking number to find out about the tracking stages of your order.

If you cannot find your order number, note that the tracking number is also included in the shipping confirmation email.

If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you contact our Customer Service Team.

Where can I receive my order?

You can currently buy online in Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands), the United States and the following European Union countries:  

Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. 

At this time, we do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla.

Delivery times and costs

Shipment in Spain (peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands) of items bought on armandbasi.com will be made through SEUR and will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours on working days free of charge.

Shipments to the Canary Islands will be delivered in 2-3 days and will cost €40 for orders under €150 and €20 for orders over €150. 

Shipments outside Spain will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 working days depending on the country of destination. The cost of delivery outside Spain will vary depending on the destination and the minimum order.

Return Policy

You may return any item ordered within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Send an email to Customer Service with your order number and the items you wish to return and we will contact you to arrange to collect the items from your home.

When returning items, please use their original packaging. Any item returned that is damaged, used, incomplete or soiled will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

It can take up to 10 working days from the time you deliver the package until you receive your money back. 

After the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account. Remember that crediting your credit card will always depend on your bank.

If you pay via Pay Pal, the value of the returned items will be credited to your PayPal account. You can define in your PayPal account whether the amount should be forwarded to your bank account.

Return costs

The return shipping will be free of charge in Spain (Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands).

Shipping costs for returns outside Spain (Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands) will be paid by the customer.
